2. Services provided

We provide personalised IELTS support services, including:

• IELTS Score Gap Analysis ($29)

• One-to-one IELTS coaching programmes (6, 8, or 10 sessions)

Our services are based on expert analysis and feedback and are designed to support IELTS preparation.

3. No guarantee of results

While all services are delivered with professional expertise and care, we do not guarantee any specific IELTS band score or exam result.

IELTS performance depends on many factors, including but not limited to:

• Individual ability and starting level

• Time spent practising and applying feedback

• Performance on the day of the exam

Our services provide guidance, feedback, and improvement strategies, not guaranteed outcomes.

4. Delivery of services

IELTS Score Gap Analysis

• Delivered within 48 hours after receipt of a complete submission

• Includes written feedback and/or video feedback as described on the sales page

Coaching programmes

• Delivered according to the agreed schedule between tutor and student

• Sessions are conducted online via video call platforms

5. Customer responsibilities

By purchasing a service, you agree to:

• Submit original work (not plagiarised or copied from AI or other sources without disclosure)

• Provide accurate information when completing forms

• Attend scheduled coaching sessions on time (for coaching packages)

Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without refund.

6. Refund policy

Due to the personalised nature of our services:

• Refunds are not available once an IELTS Score Gap Analysis has been delivered.

• Coaching programme refunds may be considered only before the first session has taken place.

• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

We aim to be fair and reasonable in all cases.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, feedback, and content provided as part of the service are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

• IELTS exam results

• University admission decisions

• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your information.

10. Changes to these terms
